We participated in CIMIx 2025

On January 15 and 16, 2025, Vienna hosted very innovative and inspirative minds in the creative industries. Under the motto „The Hands-on Edition“, the event offered an exciting program featuring established themes such as Film, Sound & Music, Content Creation, and Games & Immersive Media – now expanded to include new areas like Design, Craftsmanship, and Fashion. CIMIx 2025 is all about practical innovations and cross-industry exchange, bringing theory and practice together to open up new perspectives for successful collaboration!

We had high-level networking, hands-on workshops & sessions covering the latest trends in the creative industries – from digital twins and virtual reality in forensic crime scene analysis to music, fan culture, and creative autonomy in an overloaded attention economy. We got information how the creative industries are driving digital, green, and social transformation.

We enjoyed the relaxed networking opportunities: After a productive day at the conference, we had a lovely after party too,  the perfect setting to connect with like-minded professionals, spark new collaborations, and share ideas.

The Hungarian participants received a wealth of new information and inspiration and made many new contacts.

For the 9th #GSFW, we have already managed to find some new speakers and designers who fit the concept of sustainable, circular fashion, and we have high hopes that Austrian contacts in this regard will be perfectly developed.
